Very accurate. I think we’re going to see a much heavier front this weekend. At the very least no 260-pound Geneo Grissom playing defensive tackle. These guys should all get a shot, it’s a perfect week to throw Thornton in there for some snaps to see if he shows anything.

MassLive.com: Dion Lewis’ journey: New England Patriots RB emerges after two lost NFL seasons
Really good read on this year’s out of nowhere guy Dion Lewis. Lot of talk about Blount being back this week and it’s good to have him but I think we’ve seen at times Blount struggle to get going. And what cannot happen against the Bills are runs for no gain or a loss on first down. That’s why I think Lewis should still see significant action. He’s so quick it will be hard to get him behind the line of scrimmage unless the line is totally out to lunch. I still think at some point Travaris Cadet gets unleashed in a WR/RB hybrid role that will cause some matchup problems to help free Gronk up even more. That could be this weekend too.

Great X and O read from one of my faves Doug Farrar. #GronkProbs are very real.

patriots – Motto zone: Patriots’ ‘Do your job’ goes viral – WEEI | Christopher Price
Enjoyed this read from Chris Price about the history of DO YOUR JOB. I’d like to think I was ahead of the curve in 2010 when I started selling DO YOUR JOB tees long before the Patriots got on board with it being the team’s go-to marketing slogan. Of course, and I don’t like to speculate, but perhaps it had something to do with why the NFL issued a cease and desist to my little old Tumblr blog to stop selling them. Now every single Patriots internet site out there is selling some kind of Patriots tee and selling thousands of them. How can the NFL come after me and no one else? It will always be something I wonder.
