NFLN Lombardi: Branch vs. Moss
Really nice breakdown of the differences between what Randy Moss and Deion Branch bring to the Patriots offense. I didn’t feel it immediately but seeing Branch and Welker out there together is pretty cool. Nothing against Moss, but it didn’t take long for me to like the feel of this Patriots team with Branch instead of him better.
Entering training camp, the expectations for Jones – even within the Patriots – were for him to start as a situational player and possibly evolve from there.
