“I don’t often say exactly how I feel,” Brady said. “And I don’t often say exactly what I think. Because you don’t want to cause controversy. When there is controversy, all your teammates start getting asked about ‘What Brady said.’ Really, it becomes a distraction to the team. You’re trying to get ready for an important game on the weekend, and then now, on Thursday and Friday, the only thing that people want to talk about is some comment the quarterback on your team made.
"When that happens, I feel bad and a certain responsibility to my teammates that in some way I let them down. That they have to be cleaning up a mess that I made for the rest of the team. And that’s never a position that I want to put my teammates in because we have too many other things to worry about.”
Must watch Zoltan Mesko hilariousness!
I really enjoy having such a personality at punter. Hopefully his little scare against the Chargers with his knee ain’t no thang.

“We’re trying to win every time we play,” said Brady. “That’s part of the competition. We don’t feel sorry for anybody. We’re trying to go out there and win –- that’s what our job is. And over the past whatever, 10 years, we’ve done that. And you know what? None of that matters. That’s the thing about it. The Bills players don’t care that we won 10 years ago and neither do the players on our team. What we’re trying to do is win this week.
"That’s why guys come into practice and were watching film yesterday, they’re preparing. Coach Belichick coaches us hard. We don’t take anything for granted. We’ve always had tight games. If there’s one play here or there that the Bills make, then they beat us. That’s the kind of game it’s always been against them and I think we’ve been very fortunate over the years to make those plays. If we want to continue to play well, then we need to continue to make those plays. Look, the Bills never give you them, you have to go earn them.”

Tom Brady’s high school scouting tape. This never gets old.

Hope we don’t need the end of game magic this weekend that we needed in this 2009 opener. It was Brady’s greatest comeback of all time, and pretty much the only “Patriots Magic” win of the entire 2009 season.
